PLAN AHEAD
for young professionals
This workshop facilitates success strategies for young professionals planning for the personal and professional balancing that they inevitably will face. Geared to women embarking on professional careers, PLAN AHEAD is the only program of its kind to bring awareness of, and road mapping for, the work-life fit challenges these women will face, and delivers tangible tools to ensure their success.
ON THE EDGE
for new parents
The ON THE EDGE presentation is useful for all young parents and parents-to-be. Its mission is to provide a fair and objective discussion of the stay home/return to work debate, as well as offering suggestions for many options that take a middle path. Using our system’s assessment tools and the benefit of current research, our participants work to solve the riddle of their own choices.
SUCCESS FOR WOMEN
What does success look like for women today? Perhaps for the first time in history, women have available to them all variants of lifestyle choices, from occupying the C-suite to raising a child as a single parent; from shattering a glass ceiling to raising a rooftop. With choice can follow confusion: which model is the best fit for your life? Geared to students and young professionals, Success for Women facilitates personal analyses of life goals and provides strategies and pragmatic assessments for achievement.
REENTER
for women in need of strategic exit and/or reentry
We’ve all heard about the so-called “opt-out revolution”. Whether the thesis that young women are dropping out of the workforce in greater numbers is accurate or not, the fact is that many women have “motherhood years” filling large gaps on their resumes. RAMP BACK is designed to guide women in analyzing the decision whether to return to the workplace; in what capacity, and how.
REINVENT
for women at midlife
Studies show that 75 percent of “baby boomers” say they want to work, and more than half of those want to start a new career, or want a portfolio of activities with work as one of many pieces. The REINVENT presentation deals with these questions and many others, including how to prepare for a successful mini-retirement; how to define an encore career, and how to identify age-friendly industries.
